2025 Media Goals Progress Report 4

I have 3 and a half months left of this year.  Is there anything I wanna try to do before it ends?  Also, we're getting into the holiday season, which is the busiest time of year.  What should I prioritize?  Let's see...

1. Catch up on the My Time At series.  Well, the alpha testing for Evershine is running late, so I'm actually not in a hurry to do this.  I would like to get through Portia before the Steam Autumn Sale at the end of November, so I'll put it on my radar for now.

2. Reading more books.  The Autism self help books were really depressing and unhelpful, so I'm actively avoiding them for now.  They all start out with how miserable it is to be Autistic, and I can't seem to get through to the helpful parts.  Also, got tired of alien romances, so I'm reading monster romances instead.  More variety that way, and better cover art too.

3. Visual Novels, I haven't touched one.  I frantically panic installed all the ones I owned, but I haven't opened any to play.  I'm still not caught up on NekoPara.  Shame on me, I love that series.  Maybe that should be a goal for the end of the year.  NekoPara is very low drama, no decision-making, familiar, etc.  Yeah, maybe I'll do that NekoPara replay finally.

4. Live Service Games.  I uninstalled Palia.  Still logging into Aura Kingdom and Hello Kitty Island.  Did a little grinding in Hello Kitty Island, then realized there was no way I could finish everything up before the new expansion drops, so I'm not bothering to try.  I'm still going to buy the new expansion, and just add it to the things I need to do in that game, I guess.  I have maxed out my friendship with about half the characters now, which isn't so bad, and I'm stocking up on purple dye, if nothing else.  I think I need to develop a daily checklist for both games and try to get them done every morning, rather than just logging in.

5. I've been watching Barbie movies, in order of release, and posting my commentary.  I may continue this, I may not, we'll see.  I've accumulated quite the collection in a short time, and quite the collection of Monster High movies too.  I'm good at collecting doll media, but not watching it, which is a waste of the collection.  Maybe I'll watch Monster High movies in October, if I want to.
